Who We Are
Our Mission
Hui Makaʻainana o Makana is a non-profit organization dedicated to perpetuating and teaching the skills, knowledge, and practices of our kūpuna (ancestors) through the interpretation, restoration, care, and protection of natural and cultural resources within the Hāʻena State Park.
Community work days
Community work days are held every
1st Saturday of the Month.
9am - 2pm
Please email info@huimakaainanaomakana.org to let us know if you would like to attend, how many in your group, and what time you will arrive.
At the end of the community work day a potluck lunch will be held. Please bring a dish to share if you would like to participate.
